Shipping
In most cases, we send our parcels out almost as soon as we receive your order. As a small business in a small rural village, sometimes it takes an extra day or so for our product to get to you due to the constraints of Australia Post. Reach out to admin@wildorganicwash.com if you have a question about delivery times, delivery costs or have any issues with any aspect of the service you receive from Wild Organic Wash and any feedback is always great.

We are so sure of our product we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you have a problem, please reach out to admin@wildorganicwash.com and we will do our best to make things right for you.
Retail Sales
Sales of Wild Organic Wash products from 3rd party retailers must be returned to the place of purchase. Retailer-specific return policies set by that retailer may apply and are out of our control. Having said that, please contact us if you have any issues when dealing with a retailer regarding Wild Organic Wash products.
Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we you to firstly contact admin@wildorganicwash.com to get clearance to return the item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once you have clearance to return your item and your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, for the product amount spent. Postage charges will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable amount of time, after getting confirmation that we have reimbursed the credited amount to your account, please contact us at admin@wildorganicwash.com
Change of mind (if applicable)
Please note that only in exceptional cases, would we offer a refund or exchange for a change of mind after purchase. Please contact admin@wildorganicwash.com if you have such a request.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to admin@wildorganicwash.com and we will instruct you on the exchange process.
Wild Organic Wash products purchased from a Retailer
Sales of Wild Organic Wash products from retailers must be returned to the retailer where the products were purchased. Retailer-specific return policies may apply. If you do not receive an adequate response from the retailer, please reach out to ally@wildorganicwash.com
Shipping of Returns
To return your product after you have received confirmation to do so, you should mail your product to: Wild Organic Wash, 20 Broadway, Burringbar NSW 2483, Australia. Please advise by email that you have sent the item and any associated tracking numbers to admin@wildorganicwash.com
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75 to us after getting approval, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as it is out of our control.
